Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping is throughout the United States. We use UPS Ground for all our shipments. If you need your order shipped Next Day or 2nd Day, UPS rates will apply and you will be presented with the additional cost before you buy. Please email our order department at shop@brina.us for more information. Please note that the tracking numbers will not be active until they are scanned by the driver. (For example, if you have an order scheduled to ship on a Monday, we may box it on a Friday and send you the tracking info. However, the tracking info will not be valid until the driver picks it up on Monday.)

Returns & Replacements

If there is a problem with your shipment, please let us know immediately, by emailing us at shop@brina.us. In your email please include your order number, name of the BRINA. We will either reship or issue you a full refund. At Brina.us we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

Ordering

Once you place your order, an email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, we are not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. We appreciate your understanding.

Viewing Orders

You can see your order history, access specific order information and track orders in progress by clicking on the My Account or track your order links that are at the top of any Brina.us page.

Updating Account Information

You can update your Brina.us account information by logging into your Brina.us account online. To do this, click on the My Account link located at the top of any Brina.us web page. You will then be asked to enter your email address and your password to access your account information.

Once you have accessed the “My Account” page, you will see the listing of the items you can view and/or edit. Simply click on the item you wish to edit from the selection listed and make and save your updates as applicable.
